The 30-second version

Adloggs operates a last-mile delivery network connecting agencies and gig riders across India. As the rider base scaled rapidly across 5 cities in four months, manual, offline payment and incentive processes became the platform's scalability wall. MyGigsters became Adloggs' embedded financial layer, introducing a configurable mission and incentive engine, three concurrent payout types including same-day On Demand Pay, a real-time finance dashboard, and an AI finance assistant. Riders using digital pay have grown 17×, weekly payout volume 8×, and payment success now stands at 100%.

About Adloggs

A fast-scaling delivery network, held back by manual rider payments.

Adloggs operates a last-mile delivery and logistics network, coordinating agencies and gig riders to fulfil deliveries across a fast-growing footprint of Indian cities. The platform depends on a large, distributed rider base, making rider trust, payout reliability, and engagement central to its ability to scale.

The marketplace

Gig delivery riders matched with agencies for last-mile delivery fulfilment across a fast-growing footprint of Indian cities.

The pressure

The payment platform rolled out to 12× more riders across 5 cities, in under four months. Manual, offline payment and incentive processes could not scale with it.

The Challenge

Manual, offline payment processes were Adloggs' scalability wall.

Before MyGigsters, Adloggs' rider payments and incentive programs ran on largely manual, offline processes. As the platform moved from a small pilot toward production scale, the gaps in that approach became the limiting factor on growth.

Before MyGigsters
  • Monday–Sunday week, paid the following Friday, no flexibility to settle faster
  • Zero visibility into earnings, penalties, or deductions until payday
  • Wages locked until payday, no on-demand access in an emergency
  • Offline missions, manually communicated, tracked, and paid out
  • Excel-based reconciliation, hours every week, no real-time view
  • Linear-growth ops, scaling riders meant scaling headcount
With MyGigsters
  • Wednesday settlement, faster and more predictable
  • Real-time, in-app earnings, penalties, and transaction history
  • On Demand Pay, 24/7 on-demand access to already-earned wages
  • Fully digital mission engine, in-app sign-up and live progress tracking
  • Real-time finance and operations dashboard, zero manual entry
  • Marketplace-scale operations, no linear headcount growth

Ops burden from constant rider calls

With no visibility into earnings, penalties, or payout status anywhere in-app, riders' only recourse was calling the ops team to ask what they'd been paid and why. This put sustained, avoidable load on city managers, ops, and finance teams, load that scaled linearly with every new rider added to the platform.

Scalability wall

With the payment platform rolling out to 12× more riders across 5 cities in under four months, any continuation of manual, offline payment and incentive processes would have required linear increases in operational headcount just to keep pace, rather than the platform being able to scale independent of back-office effort.

Three problems compounded: rider trust (delayed pay, no visibility into earnings or deductions), operational drag (Excel-based reconciliation, constant rider calls to ops), and a scalability wall (12× rider growth and 5× city expansion would have demanded linear increases in back-office headcount).

Why MyGigsters

Financial infrastructure purpose-built for a large, distributed gig rider network.

Adloggs needed financial infrastructure purpose-built for a large, distributed gig rider network, not a generic payments tool.

  • A configurable mission and incentive engine business teams could shape without engineering dependency
  • Multiple, simultaneous payout types so riders weren't locked into a single rigid pay cycle
  • Real-time, in-app earnings and transaction transparency for riders
  • A finance and operations dashboard giving full visibility into payouts and reconciliation
  • An AI-assisted way for non-technical finance and business teams to query operational data instantly
  • A platform proven to scale with rider growth, not against it

"MyGigsters enabled Adloggs to introduce real-time financial transparency and on-demand access to earnings for drivers. Drivers can now track their earnings live, access instant withdrawals of earned wages, and receive performance-based rewards through mission incentives. The platform has improved driver engagement while also eliminating manual payout operations for our team."

What the new operating rhythm actually looks like.

The simplest test of payment infrastructure is what a normal week feels like for the people who depend on it. Here's what changed.

For a rider

Raju, Delivery Rider, Chennai

Raju opens the Adloggs app mid-shift after a push notification tells him he's 3 deliveries away from completing today's Daily Pay mission. He finishes them, and the app confirms that full day's pay will land in his account the next morning, not next Wednesday. On the home screen he can see his live earnings counter, exactly what's coming and when, plus every penalty, reward, and deduction from the week so far. A mid-week emergency comes up; instead of being stuck until payday, he opens On Demand Pay and withdraws a portion of wages he's already earned, credited within minutes, for a small fee, no loan, no waiting. He hasn't called Adloggs support once.

For Adloggs Finance & Ops

Monday morning. A live dashboard, not an Excel sheet

Instead of opening a spreadsheet and manually reconciling rider-by-rider, the finance team starts the week in the real-time dashboard, filtering by cycle and payment status, drilling into individual rider profiles when something needs a closer look. A business team member wants to know how many riders used On Demand Pay last week; instead of pulling a report, they ask Finny and get the answer conversationally, in seconds. City managers who used to field daily calls about "why was I paid this" are no longer fielding those calls at all.

Implementation Journey

From a small pilot to a payment platform live across 5 cities, in four months.

A phased rollout let Adloggs scale the rider base while financial infrastructure was introduced in step with production-scale needs.

  1. Pilot, February 2026

A small, controlled pilot, testing payout orchestration and mission mechanics before wider rollout.

  2. Scale milestone

The payment platform live across all 5 cities by May 2026, alongside a 12× increase in active riders within roughly four months.

  3. Phased rollout

Mission and incentive engine, payout types, and earnings transparency introduced first, with the finance dashboard and Finny following as production-scale finance and ops needs emerged.

  4. Current phase

Referral program and Mission Control Center now in active build, alongside agency-level payment consolidation and a rider benefits marketplace.
